• What is the Value of a Catholic Coach? •

How you THINK affects how you FEEL. How you FEEL affects your BEHAVIOR and your RESULTS.

We are commanded to “take every thought captive in obedience to Christ” (2 Cor 10:5) and to “not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind” (Romans 12:2).

Not every thought in your head comes from you. Sometimes, however, we end up believing lies that need to be rejected instead.

As a Catholic Coach, I give you the tools to flourish in your human formation: tools that will help you reframe thoughts that are holding you back, get into your body to be fully connected to the present moment, and free your voice to more effectively express yourself.

All of these tools are aligned with our faith, so you don’t have to stress! And these tools will help you to show up more fully and authentically in both your business and personal relationships.

Greater Self-Knowledge opens you to Greater Self-Acceptance.

Having Greater Self-Acceptance allows you to become a Greater Self-Gift.

You need to have Possession of Yourself (thoughts, emotions, behaviors) BEFORE you are able to Fully Give Yourself to Others.

Learn How to Own Where You Are, Find Compassion for Yourself, and Grow Without Striving!

Emily Ember has almost two decades of experience in acting, starting in her teen years with summer training programs at Brown University, Northwestern University, and Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA. She went on to major in Theatre at Northwestern University, spending a summer as an apprentice at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and then on to work professionally in the Chicago market for Theatre, Film/TV, and Voiceover. After her conversion to the faith, Emily deeply studied Catholicism and then served as the Full-Time Coordinator of Religious Education and Evangelization for a Chicago Parish. Through all of her work, Emily has discovered a number of overlaps between what is needed to be an effective actor and what is needed to become a saint, and she is very excited to help YOU unlock your full potential and become the best version of yourself — the saint God created you to be.

• How Do I Know If I Need Coaching? •

Does the idea of speaking in front of people make you freeze…

Like your back is up against the wall?

Or do you stay up all night spiraling…

Wondering what your co-workers might be thinking about you after the big meeting??

Does your lack of confidence hold you back…

And Keep You From Living a Full, Free, and Abundant Life?

Do not let your fears keep you from achieving your dreams.

(Or make you drink straight from the bottle!)

Learn how to be Confident, Capture an Audience, and Stay Collected Under Pressure!

All with your Natural Charisma!

Do not allow shame, fear, and doubt to hold you back anymore.

“God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power and love and self-control” (2 Tim. 1:7).

Step into the fullness of your baptismal identity and grow into the person God is calling you to be!

It’s time to “lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called” (Eph. 4:1).
