CHICAGO ACTOR / VOICE TALENT
Typically, Emily is cast as strong, intelligent, and grounded characters. She has a dry sense of humor and is drawn to suspense/thriller films, especially those on Turner Classic Movies. That's what inspired her to co-found the horror-genre improv team, Horror of Terror, that plays around Chicago and at various improv festivals.
Emily graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Theatre, and a double minor in Psychology and Spanish. She also completed the Second City Conservatory and the iO Chicago Program.
Beyond that, Emily trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a blue belt (you know, arm-bars and chokes, whoa!). Emily is an avid and trained dancer of many styles, and she delights in creating balloon animals.
Recently, Emily has been doing a lot of writing. She is in the production stages of bringing her work to life, so watch out world! Want to collaborate with Emily on a project? Reach out!
Let’s produce good work together!
